St Patty's Day & I Hate Corned Beef
Well it coming on Friday. I detest corned beef. Fact is I can't even abide by the smell of it.
I understand cooking it in Guinness makes it really good. Why waste a good Guinness.

Lots of people like it but for Catholics the problem is Friday. They still go by the no meat Friday during Lent. Well never one to let reality get in the way of a drunken party some bishops are letting the flock off the hook.

I could never get with the corned beef I dunno it looks good in the picture. I'll just down a few pints of root beer to honor saint Pat.
