Well I think I was just suffering post-election depression. No just busy, the holiday last week and in need of a break. Four days on the central coast. Stuffed, several times. It was almost bliss.

Time to celebrate. Not really. Tom Ridge is the latest to go. Lets see, no terror attacks on his watch is the claim. My guess is he made no difference, it would have been the same with a chimp holding the post. Homeland Security, how did they manage to come up with that name? Sounds too Nazi to me, but maybe that's the point. Duct tape and colored terror alerts, some claim to fame. Oh wait there is the TSA. Everyone loves them. Goodbye and good riddance.
